Sonas Nursing Home Riverview is a modern care home with mostly single rooms and some twin rooms, providing care for 59 residents. Residents generally felt well cared for and safe, and the environment was bright and spacious with access to outdoor areas. However, there were concerns about limited meaningful social activities for many residents, overcrowding in one sitting room, and some residents not being able to dine in the dining room. Two twin rooms had poor layouts affecting residents' privacy and mobility. Staff training and supervision around social activities were inadequate, impacting residents' quality of life.
