Araglen House Nursing Home is a large, purpose-built centre with 90 residents, including a dedicated dementia unit. Residents and visitors spoke very positively about the kindness of staff and the quality of care. The home is bright, clean, and well maintained with comfortable, personalised bedrooms and several communal and outdoor areas. Meals are freshly prepared with choice offered, and residents enjoy socialising especially in the afternoons. However, activity options are limited in the mornings, and some safeguarding procedures and complaint management need improvement.
